What’s the Difference Between Poll Aggregators and Poll Forecasters?

Two polling "products" have gotten a lot of attention over the last decade, Aggegators and Forecasters. They aren't actually polls but they use public opinion surveys to create other ways of examining public opinion. And they can be deceptive.
